I am tired of trying to hold things together that cannot be held. Trying to control what cannot be controlled. I am tired of denying myself what I want for fear of breaking things I cannot fix. They will break no matter what we do.

Reading this book was such a magical experience. It is unlike anything I have ever read. The writing is really beautiful and so atmospheric, it makes you believe you're actually visiting the Night Circus.
This is a very slow paced story and there is not much character development going on but I couldn't help but be whisked away. I almost felt like I was in a dream.
